Believe in Yourself !

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be. That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.

There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself. There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.

Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle, you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be.

今天的心情不怎么样，但总是感觉到闷闷不乐。

上个星期六，我的老毛病又来了，我该如何？
我已经退下来，而且我也坦然面对它，
但为何，他依然在我的脑海里，
是否可以如电脑般，harddisk 坏了，从新 reformat 而已。

昨晚，与一友人msn，
她问我到，为何他还是不带她见其家人？
此时，让我回想至我的往事，
我也曾经问过我的前男友，
和他交往超过两年，
他不曾“出面”过，
甚至对我的家人也一样。
到最后，我发现他并不是真心的，
此段感情就这样修上休止符了。
我劝告我的朋友，不要对此感情拥有总多的幻想，
因为，她受伤的几率尚高的。

但女人总是在意乱情迷的时候总是看不清楚，
这不是她的错，
因为，我也曾经犯过同样的错误。

从几段的感情创伤以后，
我真的开始学会了，
说“不”的艺术，
它是如此的美妙啊！
